Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in its original condition.

Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process after receiving the package.
